Quarterly Report on Rosacea Research and Treatment

Quarterly Report on Rosacea: Update

Dr. Nase will soon begin the publication of a quarterly report titled, "Advances in Rosacea Research and Treatment", in order to keep rosacea sufferers and physicians up-to-date on the latest findings in rosacea research and treatment. This report will be written in a basic, easy-to-read style and will be available in newsletter format (e-book downloads). Each quarterly report will contain 70 to 85 color pages.   In essence, each quarterly report will be a "mini-book" dedicated solely to rosacea.  This report is designed to compliment the information contained within the rosacea book.  The Quarterly Report will be added to the Rosacea Research and Treatment Forum when the Forum is completed.

Main Goals of the Quarterly Report

  1. Report on the most current rosacea treatments.  This includes the latest in oral medications, topical medications, laser therapy, skincare therapy, and nutritional therapy for blood vessel support and dermal inflammation.

  2. Report on the latest clinical research in the field of rosacea.

  3. Discuss the pathophysiology behind the development of rosacea and facial flushing.

  4. Detail methods and treatments to reduce bouts of facial flushing.

  5. Answer frequently asked questions about rosacea.

  6. Supply rosacea sufferers with medical references to help their physicians treat rosacea with the same cutting-edge approaches as "rosacea experts". These references should also aid patients in getting insurance companies to cover their rosacea medications and treatments.

  7. Include in-depth interviews from physicians regarding rosacea causes, treatments, and future therapies.
